We sold flip house #1 in February 2016, so I wanted to consolidate all of the information and give a few more details about the process.
We have some hideous drywall in the flip house. We replaced most of it, but in the kitchen around the kitchen cabinets and windows, we left what was there in place. So, to hide the serious flaws, I made some cornices to go along with our theme of white and gray.

After an exhausting couple of weeks, we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. So many weeks have been spent tearing this house apart and putting it back together again. But what’s really made it feel like we’re progressing, is being able to paint the walls! That’s when everything seems to come together.
The color scheme we picked for this house is more modern, with gray tones rather than beige.
